Taking your safety first

During these uncertain times, we have done everything we can to bring to you, your favourite skincare and treatments conveniently to your home.

In our efforts to maintain safety and sterility, your packages are packed by a member of our Beauty Squad wearing a level 3 mask and surgical gloves.  The clinic is cleaned daily and all surfaces are wiped down 4-5 times a day, even with only 2 people in attendance.  It is of utmost importance to make sure that while supporting your needs, we never minimize your safety.  

Each package includes a check list of all of the specific measures taking to ensure  your products are in no way contaminated.   

For all in-clinic treatments we follow the strictest protocols for safety, which  include:

-Indepth screening of all patients and staff before entry into the clinic.

-Longer breaks between clients to ensure the appropriate amount of time to properly clean and sterilize the rooms.

-All staff will be wearing PPE gear to protect themselves and our patients

Further measures will be considered as information becomes more readily available.  We cannot wait to see you all again, but we prefer to exercise patience to ensure that reentry is safe, stress-free and successful.
